What we collect

When you send an inspection request or a message we store your name, company, contact details and message so we can reply. When a certificate is checked on our verification site we record the time, the result, the approximate country, the device type and the IP address to protect certificate holders against misuse. IP addresses are removed after 180 days.

How we use it

Only to answer you, to provide our services and to keep certificates secure. We do not sell personal data.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to us at the address on the contact page.
