How long does quarantine take? +
A typical programme is 21 days, but the importing country’s protocol decides the exact period.
Which species do you handle? +
Cattle, sheep, goats and camels.
How can an importer check a certificate? +
Scan the QR code on the certificate, or enter the certificate number and the verification code printed beneath the QR code on our verification site. Only trust results shown on our own verify site.
Does your certificate replace the official veterinary export certificate? +
No. It documents our inspection and supports the official certificate issued by the competent veterinary authority.
What happens to animals that fail inspection? +
They are separated immediately, recorded with the reason, and never included in the certified shipment.
How do I request an inspection? +
Use the “Request an inspection” form. We reply within one working day with availability and a quote.
