Arrival & reception
Documents, head count and visual screening at the reception yard.

Day 0–1
Entry inspection
Individual clinical examination; unfit or suspect animals are separated immediately.

Day 1–3
Treatment & vaccination
Deworming, parasite control and vaccinations per the importer’s protocol.

Day 3–14
Sampling & lab testing
Blood and swab samples tested and recorded against each lot.

Day 1–21
Observation
Daily health rounds, temperature checks, feed and water monitoring.

Day 20–21
Pre-export inspection
Final clinical check and fitness-to-travel assessment.

Day 21
Certification & loading
Certificate approved, QR issued, supervised loading.
